- COVID GUIDELINES
- Please do not visit us if you have symptoms of COVID-19, or have been advised to self-isolate (We can book you in for a later date).
- Kindly advise us 48 hours prior to your visit of any special dietary requirements for your lunch, which will be pre-ordered in advance.
- Upon arrival, customers will be guided on our safety procedures and will have to observe the 2m distancing rule (or the most up-to-date government guidance).
- It is compulsory to wear a face mask on entering and while moving around the premises, you will not be required to wear your face mask when seated at your designated seats.
- Please use the hand sanitisers provided on arrival and throughout the premises during the day.
- We have the NHS Covid-19 QR Code for you to scan from the app on arrival.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION:
To re-book a different date, kindly email enquiries@nelsonsdistillery.co.uk with your request. However, if this is done more than 48 hours of your original booking, there will be a rebooking fee of £20. Cancellations and rebooking will no longer be allowed less than 48 hours notice prior to booking. We do not offer any refunds on vouchers or bookings. Failure to show up for scheduled booking will result in automatic forfeiture of payment.
