A zesty variety of sweet and sour citrus notes build beautifully on the juniper base. The aromas of the aromatic green cardamom complement the sweetness and spice of the pink peppercorns and hibiscus on the palate.

This exceptional gin, which was Craft Gin Club's Gin of the Month in June 2019 and subsequently voted as the favourite gin of the year by its members showcases the finest in craft distillation.

Add the following to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with dry rose petals.
