Nelson’s world first, Timur Gin

• Originating from the Nepalese town of Timur this potent ingredient is part of the Szechuan Pepper Family.
• The spice offers a citric aroma not too dissimilar to grapefruit, however, its taste leaves a warming sensation you might normally expect from peppercorns.

Nelson’s delve into the dark side, Signature Blend Rum.

• A blend of three rums, hand-picked from Barbados, The Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. Nelson’s Signature Blend Rum is aged in oak barrels for three years to give it its distinct aroma.

Nelson’s tropical topic, Roasted Pineapple Rum

• A blend of three rums, hand-picked from Barbados, The Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. Nelson’s Roasted Pineapple is aged in oak barrels for three years, then a natural pineapple extract is added to give it its distinct flavour.
