200ml Nelson’s Naughtical Timur
600ml 100% grapefruit juice
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 sprigs of fresh mint
2 to 4 slices fresh jalapeño
600ml ginger beer

of lemon, lime, mint leaves and tarty rhubarb.
A pour of refreshing elderflower sparkling water completes
