Inspired by the flavours found in Matt Tebbutt's kitchen, this unconventional London Dry Gin boasts bold citrus notes of pink grapefruit, lime and Szechuan pepper, inducing a slight tingling numbness to the tongue. The finish is a subtle kick from cubeb pepper.
